No gas connection has been installed in my house even after full payment is made. I have been calling every week for the past 3 months to the IGL guy. He keeps on making excuses. And nowadays, he doesn't even receive my call. How can you people be so irresponsible ! I want the connection to be made as soon as possible. If your company is unable to do so then refund the payment.
