Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — delay in new connection, domestic

With reference to my bp no [protected] for a new connection in j-1406 arihant arden, gr noida (W), i m totally unsatisfied with the type of response given by ur local support staff team. They fix a appointment someday then nobody did bother to come. And this has been repeated 2-3 times where in i have to go all the way 40 km from delhi n then return empty handed with the work being done. This is unprofessional n totally unacceptable.
