I had applied for a new pipeline gas connection on 17.07.2023 and after a successful payment the BP No. generated was [protected] for the address F-4/18, Model Town-1, 3rd Floor, Delhi-110009. It has now been almost 8 months and the IGL officials have done nothing. Despite repeated calls to their customer care no redressal is being given and only fake assurances are given. They have taken the money and re just sitting on it.
