My parents had meters installed for PNG 10 months ago and since then they have been constantly calling the customer service department asking to install gas pipes. They live in rajouri garden and are a elderly couple. They are being harassed because the customer service people say they are going to forward the request and can't do anything.
This is so stupid that a government office is so behind their schedule that since 11 months my parent have been calling them every month to install gas pipelines and they wouldn't install and no one takes any action.
It is the money of the taxpayers that is put into all this development and those taxpayers them selves are not getting the service they deserve.
Me and my brother are in abroad and can't come there due to covid as of now and our parents are having to get gas cylinder to cook which they shouldn't have to do if your office people was doing their jobs that they are getting paid for.
Quick action should be taken to look into this matter and other similar pending cases that might be lined up while nobody is doing their job there. Was this information helpful? |
