Advance payment for set up of igl connection was made in september 2019. Despite multiple follow ups with igl customer care no action has been taken and we are still waiting for the pipe connection to be set up.

In the pipe from roadside to inside the house, the gas smells all the time. Maybe because of small leakages from the pipe.
It is uncomfortable to breathe that air.
Please have it checked.
