Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — disconnection after bill payment

Hi,

This is in reference to the disconnection of my gasline bp# [protected]/ ca# [protected]. On jan 4 two people from igl came to disconnect our gasline on account of non bill payment. Firstly they were adamant on disconnection but when we made the online payment there and then they charged rs 500 from us and left. However despite of this, our gasline was disconnected on jan 6 without any prior notice.

My question here is when the payment had already been made and your guys had already assured us why has there been a disconnection. Please see attached the snapshot of payment for your reference as well.

We have faced a lot of inconvenience because of this already. Request you to kindly look into this and immediately restore back our connection.
We also have a camera installed right outside our house and can provide you the recording of the incident.
