Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — disconnection due to delayed payment | |||
Our gas connection was cut due to delay in payment and as we stay out of station when we came it was a shock that we had no gas connection. I had made the payment long back but still was not connected. Yesterday i registered a complaint and no is [protected] but since then no one has attended for last 24 hours. Even now we phoned and person was unconcerned. Please expedite this and save us from harrassment. This is the third time i have complained but apparently on deaf years. This month i got excess bill i.e rs 1130.58 only .My last month (may)bill was rs 420.61.please look at this matter seriously and send your person to check the meter or inform us why we are getting so much excess bill.
