My family left India on the 30th of June 2020. Since Corona was at its peak at that time and flight options were rare, we had to leave abruptly and without much planning. However, I still logged a service request for temporary disconnection([protected]) a day before on the 29th of June 2020 and duly informed you guys that we need our connection to be disconnected temporarily as we need to leave India urgently and won't be returning anytime soon. Since then I started on a tiring vigil with your CUSTOMER care guys interacting with them on email as well as Twitter for a few months trying to explain the same thing over and over again but your guys kept sending me bill after bill although I had requested you guys to do the temporary disconnection as we weren't using your services anymore. After a few months, I just gave up because I was tired of dealing with brainless ###. Now, since the last few days, I'm getting harassment messages from you guys regarding some inflated bill amount and threatening us of disconnecting and us required to pay severe penalties on trying to get the reconnection etc. and all the ### that you guys are known for.
I'm thereby requesting you guys whom I expect to have a lot more common sense as compared to your CUSTOMER care guys, to please look into this, get the temporary disconnection done at the earliest and all the senseless bills charged against this account reverted immediately.
