My IGL BP No. is [protected]. I applied connection in September 2018 and Meter was installed in End of Year 2019 while supply started in Feb 2020.
As per several mails from IGL Customer Care, they clearly mention that EMI will start from the date of Meter installation however they consider September 2018 as meter installation date which is wrong. They have charged complete EMIs in a single bill after connection mentioning that meter is installed in Sept 2018.
I have dropped many mails and have follow ups mails as well but the issue is yet unsolved. They just stick to a silly reply that Meter had installed in Sept 2018 while even pipelines were not laid off in society premises till mid of Year 2019.
I haven't paid that particular bill hence Further I have been charged for late payment charges as well.
I have asked many times for escalation matrix as well, but they don't even share that which is a basic right of consumer.
RESOLUTION I WANT:
I want the records should be corrected that meter is installed in End of Year 2019 and re-calculation of EMI after that. I am ready to pay the correct calculated EMI amount, Also I want reversal of Late payment charges which is due to the non solving of matter from IGL end. Was this information helpful? |
