I am a senior citizen and was living alone in my residence before Covid however I shifted with my Son to his residence due to lockdown and infrequently visiting my residence for last 3 years with very low usage of IGL gas connection. I have raised multiple request with IGL to temporary disconnect the connection to avoid Billing but they have ignored more than 10 such requests in last 3 years and raising Bills on minimum usage which is higher than any Bill paid till date for last 20 years! They have been sending threatning messages for permanent disconnection and keep sending inflated monthly bIlls by completing ignoring meter readings. I have written multiple Emails in this regards to the only customer care Email ID and thru their Portal which end up with same support staff raising Bills and sending threats. It seems their is no escalation process followed and there is no one accountable for open harassments caused to customers. Appreciate if somehow this harassment can stop and Bill can be corrected for BP No.- [protected]
