Hi,
The bill for my house has been paid already in advance for the month of Dec 2021 . Still we received a bill for the peiod of Jan 25, 2022- April 29, 2022 for Rs.20219. The house is resided by our only 2 elder parents and the bill is absolutely unrealistic for their usual usage. To follow up for this bill at the gas office is a mental harassment and trauma for the senior citizens as the gas agency people are stating to them it’s a bill for 2 years contrary to the bill received and attached herewith. Please resolve the issue so that our parents may not suffer from unnecessary stress.
