Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — failure to provide gas connection | |||
I booked png connection in may beginning. I was told 3 months i would getting connection. I submitted all papers to the door step service person with house papers and 275rs cheque. After 2 months i was told that they have received any documents thats why my connection is not being installed. I submitted documents and cheque again at rk puram walk in center. Now its two more months. My cheque is debited. Inhave a bp no. The app shows my profile. But no one is coming to put connection in my house. The customer care puts me on 8 to 12 min waiting always but never comes on line. I am tired of this charade. Please resolve my problem and install pipeline in my house.
