Updated by RajinderPalKukreja have received a fictitious and false modification gas bill for 4653 INR by IGL in June 2021 for changes done in 2018 and this complaint is to inform and highlight that this is fictitious and should be revoked.

My BP number is[protected]. I have never raised any modification request in 2018, therefore the modification Bill sent now in 2021 June is a BASELESS and fictitious. even though the bill is false, I did not get any notification in 2018 and now a false bill has been in June 2021.

I have raised this complaint multiple times to IGL customer care, however, no resolution has been provided to me. I am open to a site visit to examine the gas connection at my home.

In the false job sheet shared with me, it has been mentioned that the pipeline has been modified by 12 meters, however, our pipeline is not even 12 meters.

I have tried to clear this with IGL but without success, please help me, in this case, to clear this issue and revoke the fictitious bill modification bill raised.
