Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Fitting of meter and activation of gas

I am Arvind sharma resident of Flat No 202, 2nd Floor, building No. 2, Park View Apartment, New Manglapuri, Mandi Road(near chattarpur metro station).
In my flat gas pipe has been installed. In other flats on my building metre has been connected and gas has been activated.
In my flat meter has to be connected and gas to be activated.
Please fit the meter has activate the gas. Pipe has already been fitted
