I have got a new IGL connection on 13th October and I received a bill of 6th December for 39 days which has consumption unit mentioned as 41, 82 units.
No one from IGL has ever visited my premises and no one has taken reading from me via WhatsApp or call. So, this is a clear case of fraud where IGL is charging double the amount which I had consumed at that time.
Now, when I had called their customer care they are rudely saying the bill is correct and I will have to pay.
I have raised a ticket via their app and they have closed my complaint without resolution.
This connection is in my Wife's name ( mentioning here because they shouldn't say this not a valid complaint.)
