Hi team,
My BP no. is [protected]. The gas meter has already installed and I have made a request to start gas supply. For this, I have raised a ticket on 31st July, 2021 with ticket number([protected]). As per one of the customer care associates, ticket had been closed because of house locked informed by engineer. But, I attended him and he told me during his visit that the company is lacking in its equipment and they cannot continue the connection. Now, another ticket has been opened on 6 August with number( [protected]). This ticket is still in progress and I have been calling them on a daily basis but no action has been taken by them.
