Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — gas connection not issued

Dear Sir/Madam, I have applied the gas connection two year ago, pipe line and meter installed, No supply started till time, At the time of booking I was deposited Rs.2500/-

Daily i am receiving the EMI alert SMS, Please advise what i will do, No one from IGL confirming the installation of gas line.

Through phone-pe app
And transaction is also successfully but in this month bill generated
Its shown that it's a pending bill of Rs 940 + new bill 480
I'm also attaching the invoice of phone-pe
