Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Gas pipeline fitting not done even after raising complaint.

Hello,

I am a resident of Logix Blossom County, tower G 505, sector 137, Noida 201305. I would like to draw your attention towards the complaint I have raised a few weeks ago to the customer care of IGL, where there was no action has been taken. I have been given a number of some random person called as Mr Amit [protected]. Amit has been providing us numbers of some IGL agents like Musharraf (metre fixing person), Ashish (for fitting), and Ankur (for pipe fitting in extra cost). I would like to know and raise this concern whether each and every person mentioned above are your employees and are they allowed to ask for some money to fix the IGL pipeline at my home. I would like to end this complaint by saying that if there no appropriate action has been taken for my complaint, ' I shall be taking a legal action against the same if needed'.
