I have raised a complaint with IGL and it's been pending with them since six months. My bill was overstated for the month of April-May 2022.
My average bill used to be Rs 800, while for the said month my bill was around Rs 5000.
After my complaint the IGL guy came and discovered that there was gas leakage due to which my bill was high. He fixed the leakage and said that he will submit his findings and my bill will be adjusted.
After few days one more IGL guy came and he took the readings and said that it will take a month to get the bill adjusted.
Since then nothing has happened and my high bill is being generated every month with a late charges added. There has no adjustment being done yet.
I have made numerous calls to the coustomer service for follow up, however they always keep on saying and nothing happens.
IGL is now coming to disconnect my Gas stating that I have not paid my high generated bill and they have no information about the ticket that is pending with them for six months.
Please help me with this.
