Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — igl false billing :[protected] | |||
Had filed several complaints of false billing but to no avail. I am 85 years old and i am bed ridden. My daughter who has been handling this has just been recovering from cancer. I am shocked you are charging me a bill for a connection which has never been used. You may see the meter reading. I had paid rs 6000 advance as required and after some time i started getting messages that i had not paid the rs 6000. Even after sending the receipt with all the transaction details these messages did not stop. The connection was blocked by your end and the meter never used. Suddenly i am now receiving bills despite the connection being blocked and your person has seen and sent image of the zero meter reading If this harassment continues i will be taking legal and other measures. This was even conveyed by my daughter on the phone. However the woman was very rude. Finally a few months agao i got a call & they said the matter was rectified. But now again they are harassing me. My B P No is [protected] and My Service Request No is [protected], registered on dated 18 Sep., 2019. But till date nobody contacted me regarding this. Your email shows within 6 days this matter has been resolved. 13 days past but nothing happened. How long would you take to resolve, just inform me this?
