I'm writing this complaint to express my extreme disappointment with the service at IGL. I applied for the new connection on 14th Nov, 2023.
and today marked as 3 months overdue for my request. I've made more than 50+ calls during this time, but every time, the team kept me giving false excuses or promises.
The feasibility has already been done 1 month ago. but the customer care team keeps me hanging towards that - it's yet to do the feasibility checks. Was this information helpful? |
