My name is Vimal Prasad Yadav and my IGL BP number is [protected]. Sir, even in March-April 2023 last year, the bill was not sent, about which I had complained, then you said that the bill must not have reached by mistake, whereas in March-April last year no one came from you to take the reading, so how could the bill be sent. At that time IGL had made up so many false stories to hide its mistake. And even now you people are doing the same as before. Because now in March 2024 the person who takes the reading came but I have not received the bill yet. Now I also check the reading every month so that I can know whether you people send the bill according to the reading or send the bill as per your wish. Sir, please tell me why I have not received the bill yet.
