I Mrs. Monica sibi thomas W/o Dr. Deepak Agarwal R/o UG.1 PLOTNO. 73-74 Shakti Enclave, Burari, Delhi- 110084 Bp no. [protected]. I want to report a complaint against IGL north delhi, burari. A IGL teachican visited me today i.e 26/6/ 2021 in view of connecting the IGL pipe to my gas. Technican told my husband that there is a leakage in my gas so he would have to change back rotating Nob of gas (BACK) and frount circular nob. First thing i want to ask here is why-
1.IGL TECHNICIAN DID REPAIR OF MY GAS WITHOUT A FORMAL COMPLAINT FROM CUSTOMER SIDE?
2. TECHNICIAN CHARGED 430 RUPESS FROM MY HUSBAND IN VIEW OF CHANGING TWO NOBES( OVERCHARGING CUSTOMER)
3. TECHNICIAN NAME MR.ARVIND KUMAR [protected]
4. THERE WAS NO JOB CARD ISSUED NOR AFTER BEING CHARGED ANY KIND OF RECEIPT OF RECEIVING MONEY WAS GIVING TO CUSTOMER( MY HUSBAND)
5. AFTER CALLING THE TECHNICIAN AND ASKING WHY HE OVER CHARGED US, ANOTHER TECHNICIAN CLAIMING TO
BE CALLING FROM HEAD OFFICE MR. DEEPAK KUMAR [protected] CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THE REPLACED ITEM ARE BRANDED AND UNDER WARANTY.
6. I REQUESTED MR. DEEPAK FOR WARRANTY CARD TO THAT HE WAS QUIET. THE PARTS THAT IS CHANGED HARD COST 50 RUPEES TO THE MAX
7. MR. DEEPAK WENT FURTHER AND HARRASED ME BEING A FEMALE AND SAID " PEHLI FEMALE DEKHI HAI ITNI BOLTI HUI" .
Madam being a educated customer i dont think enquiring why i am being over charged has to do something to do with me being male or a female customer. Requesting your urgent intervention in this matter and your action against the specific technicians. PFA pictures
