This complaint is in regards with my IGL connection containing number [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] in the name of Anju Mehta. House address where these connections have been allotted is "416/1 Jangpura Lane New Delhi 110014."
I have applied for IGL connection in the month of January 2022. IGL claims to install gas pipeline in 90 days. today is 24th of June and its been almost 7 months i.e 200+ days now. only the pipes are installed and a pit outside my house is digged which is my main concern. The officials dug the whole road about 2-3 weeks ago and it is pending until now. No valid response is served by the concerned engineer named Aakash (M no. [protected]) and he only misbehaves and disconnect the call on my face. Now he is not picking up my call and the person who was supposed to dig and install IGL pipes and cover that pit is also not responding. I don't know his name but his contact number is [protected].
I also contacted the customer care number in which they affirmed me to resolve this issue within 3 days, pertaining complaint no. [protected] and the name of the concerned person is Roshan.
Monsoon season is about to begin and that pit can cause serious injuries to pedestrians and children.
It is pertinent to mention that out of 4 Connection numbers, only 1 meter is installed and rest all work is pending.
Its total negligence on the part of IGL and its officials. If any damage is caused due to their negligence to any person or property, only IGL is to be held liable.
Its my humble request to please see to this matter and resolve the issues as soon as possible.
