I am a new customer and started my association with IGL in Sep'20. I took a 500 bi monthly plan i.e. every 2 months I will receive the bill and installment will be set at 500 per bill. Now, I received my second bill with Rs 1500 installment excluding consumption and upon asking your customer service team, they replied that it is a variable that means IGL can send me the bill anytime as per their convenience and can charge me 3 installments at once. The customer service has not been able to give me a justification of this bill and kept on saying it is as per the schedule. The schedule states 500 every two months so it is obvious that I should get the bill every 2 month as per a set billing period. My last bill was for 103 days and the current one is 53 days, If I wanted to pay my installments or the amount at once, I would have done that upfront because as per the billing period the purpose is totally defeated. I only want to get this bill corrected and send me the updated one with 500 installment. Please send the updated bill with correction and I will be happy to pay, please keep a set billing period. Please don't expect the customer to understand your billing cycle/period as you also don't understand how the customer is paying and you won't accept part payments or EMIs Right. Customer will only stick to the most committed and customer oriented service. Iam chasing since 5th April.
