Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — incorrect tagging of bp [protected] with meter number

Address: B 152 Ganesh Nagar Near Janakpuri East Metro Station

We have an active IGL pipeline connection for all four floors of our building – Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor, and Third Floor. The gas meter is physically installed on the Ground Floor, but it has come to my notice that the meter is incorrectly tagged to the BP number of the First Floor.

I kindly request you to rectify this issue by re-tagging the meter to the correct BP number for the Ground Floor. This will ensure that the billing and service details reflect the actual usage and location of the meter.

Also, once the details are rectified, I will call the service centre to start the pipeline ar our address.
