We are residents of new delhi, inderpuri. We applied for a domestic png connection in march 2018 with all the payments and formalities done.
In may 2018, we recieved an email from igl that our png connection is done, whereas it was not done. We tried to lodge as many complaints as possible over the phone but got the same reply for getting the installation done within 10 days of complaint time.
Its been almost 4 months and we have not heard from the igl people. There is always 2 guys coming and checking for connection but it happened only twice since the span of our payment. I am frustrated with the response of igl and want strict actions to be taken. Even their website is incompetent to lodge a proper complaint. The customer care guarantees 24/7 helpline but no one responds to it. I can only imagine the workers breaking biscuits and having delightful conversations with tea among themselves.
Even after visiting their rk puram office we have been flee away given similiar assurances and reasons. Please help take some action, i am frustrated.
