Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — installation of new png connection | |||
Reference bp no. - [protected]. 1. I had applied for a new png connection on 09 jan 2018. The cheque was forwarded by the agency at greater noida for clearing on 27 jan 2018 and was debited form my account on 16 feb 2018. Despite repeated reminders at the local complaint centre at greater noida, and assurances from the concerned engineers, the connection has not been installed till date i. E. 05 apr 2018. This is causing undue inconvenience and disrupting my routine work activity. It is requested that the contact details of the person dealing with the installation and probable dates (More precise) may be intimated so that someone can be made available at the residence to attend to the engineers when they come for fitment.
