I have submitted the request on 18/04/25 for New connection and after feasibility check on 1st May 25 security deposit of Rs 7000 was paid and on 5th May request no [protected] for early installation but till now installation is not yet done.

Mr Anil @[protected] visited on 15 th May, not responding to calls.

Mr Sarif @[protected] visited on 29th May not responding calls.

I got a call from unknown number for IGL Installation asking for bribe 25000.

Kindly check the matter and ensure installation
