I am to state that on getting a notice on 21st july, 2019, i submitted my pending dues on the same date. But still they disconnected the connection. Later i get to know that the payment i made on 21st july got reflected into their account on 24th of july and because of this all this has happened. Now they are asking me to pay rs.3000/- for reconnecting the gas supply. I request you to kindly resolve the matter as i have paid the dues on the stipulated date. My bp no. Is [protected]

Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I, rahul ralhan having b.p. no. [protected] applied a new connection in april 2019 and my cheque cleared on account of igl on 2nd of may 2019 but till yet my connection has not been provided to me till today.
many times I called to igl but they are unable to response me.
