Latest meter reading not taken by your staff till date. Customer helpline useless& incompetent .Do not hear the consumer& are not competant enough to address the concern.Have interacted with at least 3 persons, excuse given is server is down We shall arrange a call back Complaint # [protected] closed without any resolution. Today the person at the helpline (Sushant)was not willing to address my concern.Kept me on hold & disconnected my call without making me speak to his senior & sharing his name & no since he was incompetent to address my request.A bunch o[censored]ntrained people at the helpline is unacceptable. Appreciate that ur staff visits our mailing address immediately & Takes the reading B P No is [protected]...Please respond immediately since I refuse to pay any penalty since this is a concern at ur end...A case of poor service...Dissatisfied Consumer.
