I have applied for a domestic png connection in the year 2017. Against my application for connection bpo no is -[protected], only meter has been installed.However, the png hasn’t been connected inspite of several reminders/ request. I have made request with igl customer care number, but the igl customer care has only one answer that technical staff will visit in 48 hours, but that 48 hours never comes.
