Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Meter is installed but Pipe is not connected to the burner for so many months. | |||
My name is Pawan Kumar Popli resident of C-15, 3rd floor, Geetanjali Enclave New Delhi -110017.I applied for new gas line connection (Png) in Feb 2016 & paid rs 6000/- . My bp [protected] with igl. My problem is that the pipe was fitted (Along with meter) but not connect with gas burner, due to reason better known to the contractor. I had made several times complaint to the company but engineer/contact person came only two /three times & promised to fitted within a day, but not yet operated, the problems remains as it is...it is big harassment and mental torture for me to have applied for the with IGL. I need to know how many times I need to beg to them for the connection or its seems they harassing me to pay some extra money to grease their palm. Was this information helpful? | |||
