My BP no. is [protected]. There is no gas meter installed in my flat only pipeline has been installed by IGL. When I reached IGL to install meter and activate my gas connection they told me that as per their records meter is showing installed since 2018. But I have taken possession of my flat in October 2021 and I am the first owner of this flat. In 2018 it was a raw unit and nobody was living there so how meter got installed in IGL records. I am calling IGL daily to provide me resolution and install meter but they are not taking any concrete action and just ignoring my complaint. Please contact me and install meter asap otherwise I will log complaint on PMO portal and take legal action against IGL
