Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — meter problem

Dear sir/mam
I was take a new igl connection yesterday in 3.30 pm but in 8.30 pm the meter was not working and the same time i was note down the complaint in igl but till now no response. Please help me urgent basis my gas meter is not working so we are unable to making food and we have two small baby girl and this is the very bed impression from igl
Please take a action urgent basis.
