The meter reader behaved in the house as if the house belongs to him! He enters the house with his slippers when he can see all the slippers are kept outside the house. Then after the meter reading, in a very loud voice while making his exit, he shouts asking where is flat number 432! At that time i tell him he should have removed his shoes outside the house and his reply ‘koyi baat nahi’!! Then i call ur customer care number to report the same and i have to hold for 9 min before i can speak with a rahul who sinply directs me to email for feedback and suggestions I speak to his supervisor who telle the same to me without asking if matter on hands rewolved or not and gives me cusomercare. [protected]@igl.co.in to write to I ask him for a nodal/retional manager and get a hold of 30 sec and says cannot give at this time since numbers or manager has been changed. Gives me the control room number for oushp vihar to call instead to talk about meter reading issues - [protected] This is the customer service offered in time of security when needed Was this information helpful? | |||||
