Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Meter Theft but without use of gas bill is coming | |
BP [protected] Meter belongs to above BP number was theft about one year ago. Tried hard to register the theft information in IGL with the support of FIR copy but no one took the complainant and routing is to eachother. We tried to register this complaint on customer care number also, but they are more smart the just listen the issue but don't give you any complaint number. Immediate after closing the call they send the issue resolved message. Now after one year they have sent raised a bill of ₹800, however we are not using the gas. Even in between regularly we were talking to the meter reading person and he was also sending zero reading and basis on it I was getting below 100₹ bill regularly and I was filling also. Please help and update your records that my meter has been theft for which your team has done the site survey as well. Remove my outstanding balance of 800₹. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |
