BP no. [protected]. I had contacted IGL in Aug, 2020 for disconnection of IGL pipeline from my house, a customer care executive told me that I should get temporary disconnection but did not informed me about any charges related to that. IGL did temporary disconnection and charged me for removing pipeline. Now I have asked them for permanent disconnection and to my surprise, they have slammed a bill of Rs 1298/- to me. I am writing emails to them but no reply, when I called today to customer care then firstly the call got disconnected after IVR menu and when it got connected to someone, he disconnected my call without a proper solution. Are we Indians are supposed to pay for "no service" when we have paid security deposit to a company so that they can just walk away with our money? This bill of Rs. 1298/- is not justified at all and should be revoked and my security deposit should be refunded to me immediately Was this information helpful? |
