[Resolved]  Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — New connection activation ng conversion

Address:D 1106, strategic royal court, sector 16b, greater noida west, up

Have requested for starting the IGL connection from the meter to the stove on 8th aug 2021, and IGL team said that within 3 working days connection will be done, but till date no one had contacted for the same.with no gas my family is unable to cook food. I am contacting the IGL customer care every day they are just saying your request is on high priority and agent will come soon.
I am fed up with this behaviour so i am putting a complaint here if query is not resolved then I have to approach consumer court without any other option.
Please take it seriously and send your agent as earliest as possible.
