Please note my bp number [protected] applied in january, 2019 & payment of rs.6000/- done on 26/02/2019 but till date no gas connection provided for any reason. I have called customer care al least 35 times but no help. One support centre number of mr. Inder provided but i have talked to him at least 5 times in last 15 days but still no response.
I request to kindly provide png connection on top priority. Is this the right way to treat your customers? If it takes so much time to provide one connection in our capital delhi then in other small cities do you take 1 year to provide connection.
