Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — New connection not installed after 90 days | |
I applied for a new connection on 19 June through your customer support team nd got my BP number as well. The executive told me that your marketing team will contact me for taking documents and cheque. 2 months later no person contacted me even after repeated communication from my side to your customer support team requesting them to send some one. After 2 months I got a call from Mr. Arvind from Marketing team stating that he will pick up documents and cheque. I submitted him the documents and it has been more than 20 days now that no meter has been installed. I have called Mr. Arvind multiple times but no response. I have called Mr. VP Singh from Survey Team and he also didn't help me out. Initially I complained to Mr. Gauri Shankar who is supposedly Area Manager but he also didn't help me. It's almost 90 days and my meter is still not connected. Such poor service and no responsibility from your team makes me wonder of your customer satisfaction. Such unprofessional behaviour.
