I applied for 4 nos gas connection for my house, one on each floor to IGL vide an e-mail on April 27th, 2021. An IGL representative visited us on May 20th, 2021, and collected all security cheques amounting to Rs.27000/- along with duly filled and signed forms. We were accorded BP numbers [protected], 08 & 10.
The installation of meters and indoor gas pipeline for the first two floors were taken up and finished in the month of June 15th, 2021. The work on other floors did not start for a long time. After a lot of persuasion and follow-ups, the work was undertaken and finished by 15th July 2021.
The meters are all installed and gas pipe laid till the back lane, where the main gas supply line runs. For the last one and a half months, we are following up with IGL Customer Care through mails and telephone calls to connect the supply pipe and commission the gas supply but to no avail. Numerous tickets have been generated and closed without and action on the ground.
I would like to request IGL to immediately look into the matter and sort it out at the earliest.
