Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — No connection after making payment since one year

My BP number -[protected].
We have applied for new PNG connection last year. As per requirements, we have made payment for the same. We were told that whole process may take upto 3 months, but till date we have not received services for the same. Inspite of continuous remainder and follow up to customer care of IGL, we didn't get any response. Please look into the matter and do needful. Looking forward for your response.
