I have applied for png connection with igl in nov-2016. The amount of 6000/= was received by igl in the month of dec-2016 and was shared with bp no [protected]. But despite my repeated complains, the igl customer and its control room in greater noida continued to ignore it without any explanation.
Please help me in having the amount refunded with prevailing interest for the period they kept the money on hold.

Updated by Shiladitya Banerjea IGL initiated the installation on hearing that a complain has been sent to "www.ConsumerComplains.in" but have forced us to signed on the document for installation completed with satisfaction. Declined to share any explanation for the 6 month delay caused in the installation and threaten to cut off the supply of the Gas unless we sign as per there instruction. No copy was shared with us as the customer.
Please seek an explanation for the delayed installation and prevailing market interest for the delayed period beyond the stipulated 60 days of promised installation period on the security deposit of Rs 6000/=.
