With reference to BP no.[protected], gas connection in terms of pipe fitting and meter installation happened on 24.12.18. We were supposed to get gas supply in another two days but we are still struggling for the same. Everytime I call to customer care, I get no response.One of the most worst services I ever received.

Now I again placed a complaint and shocked to know that my connection completion is on hold by the customer(that is me). it is really frustrating to know that the engineers never communicated me and instead they uploaded wrong status about my complaints. Why do i ask them to hold without any reason. Moreover can they even hold it for more than 5 months. This kind of careless attitude on part of IGL employees is very strange.

Updated by rathore ashwani Still no contact from IGL. I again inquired about my complaint status and it is very shocking that they again closed my complaint. This time also they mention it as withhold by customer status to it. Im getting reminder from them regarding due EMI's but they are not assuring me gas supply.
