Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — no installation from 6 months of payment, received even bp number

I have paid the 6000rs for installation in nov 2018 and till now i am chasing customer care who cares nothing. My bp number is [protected] but no one is coming to do the connection. I will be posting this on twitter as i am really frustrated after following up with customer care. Pathetic customer care, they are not aware of anything and just know typical 2-3 sentences.
