I have applied for new connection in the name of my mother namely smt. Janak Ahuja.
My connection number/bp number is [protected].
I had made the payment through cheque for an amount of rs 6000/- . The payment was duly credited on 27.11.2020 in the account of the company. After that, I have called and talked to customer care many times but till date my connection has not been provided or started. I have been waiting for your reply and for your team as well, but i don't see any response till date.
Even after one year has elapsed still I have not been provided the new connection and whenever I have made requests to the customer care, I am not getting any satisfactory response from your end.
You have been delaying in providing the services for my new connection by not installing the meter and giving flimsy excuses for the reasons best known to you.
I am giving you my last and final reminder before I will proceed to the concerned Court of law for taking legal actions against the concerned department as well as the company for the lack of services as well as causing mental, physical and financial harassment.
Please take this issue seriously and get the work done within the next 14 days. Otherwise I will be constrained to take actions as per the law against you.
