I have booked a new connection 21 days back, for my house no. 14-b, tower-5, type-v, east kidwai nagar, nbcc govt. Residential complex, new delhi-23. I have been allotted a bp no. [protected] the same was communicated to igl through call center and having a service token no. [protected]. I have been told that the new connection will be provided within 3 days but it is already 4 days gone and despite calling them on their helpline and telling my problem of cooking food etc, no action is yet taken. It shows the poor service and carelessness towards the work attitude of the igl officials.
