Hi team,
I have been following up with igl customer care department at[protected] and it's area mechanic at his mobile [protected] since last 20 days. I am following up on daily basis.
I was promised on 23 Jun 2017 then on 25th Jun then 28th Jun and then today that my connection will be activated. But the connection is not yet activated.
I have been reminding and following up with them since 22 of Jun and even today. I was constantly reassured that the connection will be activated today (1st July) anytime between 2Pm to 3Pm. I was advised to stay home all day and i did.
But despite numerous reminders, the technicians have failed to arrive and activate the connection again. I think they should have been controlled very strongly. This is something basic of to cook but they are just delaying by a month by giving various stupid excuses.
I can not do any thing except irritate.
