I dr ivy p mall had applied for a png connection at my residence f-241 sarita vihar. On 10 november 2017 an account was created and was allotted bp no: [protected]. Technical feasibility was conveyed on 11 november 2017. After several requests security deposit of rs. 6000/- was collected through cheque no: 278199 of sbi on 28 december by a representative of city associates, who informed that the connection would be provided by end of january 2018. On the receipt he provided contact number as [protected]. On 07 february, spoke to a lady named shefali on the above phone, who informed that the connection would be activated within 15 days. On 26 february again spoke to shefali and another gentleman at the above number and were asked to follow up with 2 numbers. We appear to have been misguided as no: 26332494 does not exist and no: 65699467 is of maintenance deptt. This number provided us yet another number [protected] of a gentleman named mr zain. Unfortunately, no response is available for two days.
Kindly appreciate that one has been put into unnecessary inconvenience due to running from pillar to post and being misguided by igl staff.
